- Framing members/structure

- Electrical layout

- Plumbing layout

- Fuel storage and distribution

- Venting components


Final Walk Through

During the Final Walk Through Inspection, we conduct a comprehensive residential inspection. If we completed the previous phase inspections, we will follow up on areas and deficiencies identified. Our InterNACHI Certified Inspectors will thoroughly examine the home, testing all accessible areas. We not only identify potential issues but also provide valuable guidance on property maintenance.
