Radon is ranked second only to cigarette smoking as a cause of lung cancer in the United States. Radon is an odorless, colorless, radioactive gas which eminates naturally from decay in the earth.  The EPA and local state environmental agencies recommend remediation for homes that have tested to an average of 4.0 pCi/l or greater.

A continuous Radon Monitor will be placed at the property and radon will be tested continuously for 48 hours.
