When purchasing a home one of our clients biggest concerns is mold. Mold testing in the air can help identify areas of the home that are concerning for water damage where mold is actively growing. Both our inspectors are InterNACHI Certified in mold inspection according to the IAC2® Mold Inspection Standards of Practice. 

Air Quality Mold Testing: An inspector will take a control sample outdoors and will take 2 samples indoors. Usually we recommend one test on each floor and in a finished basement. You’ll received a detailed report from a certified lab comparing the levels of mold in the home to the sample from outside. The report will identify the types of mold and levels in the home.

Air Particle Testing: Have a family with severe allergies? This test can be added to any Mold Air Quality testing and will identified common allergens in the home like pet dander, fiberglass, plant debris, pollen. Want to know more? Check out our sample reports.

Mold Surface Testing: If our inspectors find mold they can see, we can also take surface samples and have them identified at the lab.
