We are OPEN for business and following approved guidelines for home inspecting during pandemic: inspector only at the property at time of inspection, proper precautions including mask, gloves, booties, hand sanitizer when appropriate. All of our inspectors have completed and passed the InterNachi COVID-19 Course and adhere to InterNachi’s guidelines. Under normal circumstances we recommend that the home owners come to inspections. Due to the current recommendations and following social distancing guidelines, we are offering to do a video chat or phone call after the inspection to discuss highlights of the inspection. We also welcome phone calls after you receive the report with any questions you may have. We want to be here for you during these unprecedented times and make this process as smooth as possible.
